Privacy

Last updated: October 2026. Nexiven is an early product, so this page is short and written in plain language.

What we collect

• Demo on the website. The store rules and conversation you paste into the demo, and the result. We keep them to improve Nexiven. Please don't paste customers' names, emails, addresses, phone numbers or payment details.
• Sign-up form. Your email, store name and website, chatbot, alert channel and any notes you add. We use them to set up your trial and contact you about it.
• Technical data. A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and your country, used only to limit abuse of the demo. We don't store your raw IP address.

What we do with it

• Run the checks you ask for and send you alerts.
• Improve how accurately Nexiven finds wrong answers.
• Reply to you.

We don't sell your data. We don't send it to advertisers.

Who processes it

To check conversations we send them to an AI provider (currently OpenAI) through its API. We host the site and store submissions with Cloudflare. We receive sign-up notifications through Telegram.

Your trial and your customers' data

If you start a trial, your chatbot conversations may contain your customers' personal data. We use them only to check them for you. If you want them deleted, email us and we will delete them.

Delete your data

Email hello@nexiven.co from the address you signed up with and we'll delete what we hold about you.
